WOW! Inventory is LOW! We just put a home on the market in our neighborhood and it went under contract in two days. We believe this is the best time to sell that our neighborhood has had in the last two years. Buyers are still getting good deals because values have come down and the sellers are getting a bit more money than they would have a few months ago, I would call that a WiN-WIN.
